Step 1: Start with a conversation

We begin with a simple call, text, or message — no pressure, no scripts. We’ll talk about:

You don’t need perfect credit or a house picked out to start. This first step is just about understanding where you’re at and what makes sense next.
Step 2: Pre-approval

When you’re ready, we’ll gather some basic documents and run your numbers. We’ll:

•. Show you a realistic price range
You’ll get a pre-approval letter you can use when you start shopping for a home. More importantly, you’ll understand what that number actually means for your monthly budget.
Step 3: Home search & offer

Once you find a home you love, we help support your offer. We’ll:
• Confirm your numbers before you submit
• Review timelines and contract terms
• Coordinate with your real estate agent
• Make sure your financing is solid
A strong lender makes your offer stronger. Sellers and agents want to know the deal will actually close — and that’s where experience matters.
Step 4: Under Contract

After your offer is accepted, the real work begins. We:
• Order the appraisal
• Collect any remaining documents
• Submit your loan to underwriting
• Handle conditions
• Keep you updated along the way
This is the stage where details matter most, and where having a team (not a call center) makes a big difference.
Step 5: Clear to Close

Once underwriting is complete, you’ll receive a “clear to close.” Before closing day, we:
• Review your final numbers with you
• Walk through your Closing Disclosure
• Coordinate with the title company
• Make sure everything is lined up
No surprises. No last-minute panic.
Step 6: Closing day

You sign the paperwork.
You get the keys.
You officially become a homeowner.
It’s a big moment — and we don’t take it lightly!
Step 7: After closing

Our relationship doesn’t end when the loan funds. We’re here for:
• Questions after you move in
• Refinancing when it makes sense
• HELOCs or future purchases
• Friends and family you send our way
We want to be your lender for life, not just for this transaction.
